Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, Opulent Hair is no longer responsible for the package. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order may require additional processing time. Estimated timeframes will be clearly stated in the product description. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing period.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect carrier activity.
Incorrect Address
Opulent Hair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
Pickup Policy - Opulent Hair offers local pickup for select on-hand hair orders.
Customers must select “Local Pickup” at checkout in order to qualify for pickup instead of shipping. Once local pickup is selected, customers are required to text us directly to arrange a pickup time and location.
Local pickup is available in Delaware only.
