Hair Care - Before Installation

For best results, we highly recommend co-washing your extensions before installing. This helps add moisture, enhance softness, and prepare the hair for styling.

 

Washing
Cleanse your hair using lukewarm water with a sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner to maintain softness and shine.

 

How to Wash
Always wash in a smooth, downward motion.

Do not rub, twist, or bunch the hair together, as this can cause tangling and matting.

 

Moisture & Products
Use lightweight, high-quality products made for extensions or natural hair. Avoid heavy oils and alcohol-based products, which can dry out the hair and create

buildup.

 

Drying & Styling
Allow hair to air-dry whenever possible. If using heat, always apply a heat protectant and keep temperatures on low to medium.

 

Detangling

Use a wide-tooth comb or extension brush and gently detangle from the ends upward toward the wefts to avoid pulling and shedding.

 

Weft Care
If wefts are cut, slight shedding is normal. We recommend sealing the wefts prior to installation to help reduce shedding and extend the life of your extensions.
